Is what I told myself on a sweltering hot day in the middle of July. Sometimes I'll close my eyes and listen for the familiar sounds of the bus. The hum of the motor. The white noise of the AC. The "Next stop: <Stop Name>" announcement; except this time, it was too quiet for anyone to hear.

Things break. Settings change. And as a frequent rider of public transit, I've started to pick up on patterns: burnt out lights, loose plexiglass barriers, quiet or blown announcement speakers. These matters are consequences of wear and tear, but they can be fixed. And that's what led to this project: a timeline and list of issues, published to promote awareness and break the status quo.

The following are my personal records of issues I have observed and raised to TransLink. Some may be duplicated (raised more than once after observing the given issue again over 1 month from initial report), and some may have inconsistent formatting (my process evolved over time). Not all issues have been fixed, but a majority of them have been addressed.
